On February 22, 2019, GCF provided a $194,606 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Monroe for leasehold improvements and build-out of a commercial building located at 110 S. Broad Street in downtown Monroe. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to YP Monroe, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project houses a Your Pie restaurant. Synovus Bank was the project's senior lender.
