Villa Rica, Wilson Street Building Renovation

In May 2006, the Foundation provided a $182,000 loan to the Villa Rica Downtown Development Authority for the renovation of a 6,000 square foot building located at 220 W. Wilson Street in downtown Villa Rica.The completed project will house four commercial spaces and forty paved parking spaces.
