Sylvester, Hal Carter Rental Project

In June 2013, the Foundation provided an $80,000 loan to the Sylvester DDA to partially finance the acquisition of six neglected commercial buildings in downtown Sylvester. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Hal Carter Rental, LP, the project's developer. The completed project will house leasable commercial spaces.
