On May 23, 2007, the Foundation closed a $250,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Thomasville for the renovation of a building located at 105, 125, and 135 Stevens Street in downtown Thomasville. The DDA then leased the property to International Design & Display Group, LLC, which will relocate its business operations from Miami Lakes, Florida.
