Dahlonega, Smith House Renovations
Closing Date: April 12, 2007
On April 12, 2007, the Foundation closed a $250,000 loan to the Dahlonega Downtown Development Authority for Phase One renovations to The Smith House Restaurant, located at 84 South Chestatee Street in downtown Dahlonega. DCA also provided a $250,000 DD RLF loan for this project. The DDA provided simultaneous loans to The Smith House, Inc., the project's developer.
