Lawrenceville, 120 S. Perry Street

On April 30, 2019, GCF provided a $152,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Lawrenceville, Georgia to partially finance the acquisition and renovation of a building located at 120 S. Perry Street in downtown Lawrenceville. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to HPMC Investments, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project houses commercial office space. Oconee State Bank is the project's senior lender.
