In January 2016, GCF provided a $225,000 GCF-SSBCI loan to Stache Man Enterprises, LLC for the acquisition of a commercial building located at 661 East Main Street in downtown Blue Ridge. The building houses the Borrower’s retail business, Blue Ridge Adventure Wear. United Community Bank also provided financing for this project. The total project cost is $600,000.
