2021 Application

Innovation is not just for urban cities. Second and third-tier markets are finding ways to identify and organize their innovation assets and create places where creative and digital talent thrive. As a result of COVID, employers are more willing to de-centralize their workforce and look at non-urban markets as unique, accessible places for creativity, invention and growth.
