In February 2012, the Foundation provided a $79,800 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Bainbridge, Georgia for the acquisition of a downtown building located at 310-312 East Water Street in downtown Bainbridge. The completed project houses a restaurant, Crave Eatery.
