Augusta, 1151-1155 Broad Street

In December 2012, the Foundation provided a $193,780 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Augusta to partially finance the rehabilitation of a commercial building located at 1151-1155 Broad Street and 1130 Jones Street in downtown Augusta. The completed project now houses four residential apartments and 2,400 square feet of improved commercial space.
