Athens-Clarke County, Creature Comforts Brewing Company

In April 2014, GCF closed a $250,000 loan to the Athens DDA to assist in financing leasehold improvements and equipment at 271 West Hancock Avenue in downtown Athens for use as a craft brewery, Creature Comforts Brewing Company. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Creature Comforts Brewing Company, LLC, the project’s developer. The total project cost is $2,420,379.
