Valdosta, 110-114 West Hill Avenue

In December 2014, the Foundation provided a $250,000 loan to the Central Valdosta Development Authority for the renovation of the historic Cranford Building located at 110-114 West Hill Avenue in downtown Valdosta. The Georgia Department of Community Affairs also provided a $250,000 loan for this project. The completed project houses three street-level commercial spaces and eleven residential apartments. The total project cost is $2,269,040.
