On April 14th, the Foundation closed a $131,900 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Rome. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Robert E. Noble for the renovation of property located at 119-121 South Broad Street in Downtown Rome. Upon completion, the property will house professional office space.
