Dublin, R.C. Henry Building
Closing Date: November 14, 2019
On November 14, 2019, the Foundation provided a $250,000 loan to the Dublin Downtown Development Authority to assist in financing renovations to the historic R.C. Henry building in downtown Dublin. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to Bellevue Properties, Inc. the project's developer. The completed project houses leasable commercial space. Other project financing was provided by Atlantic South Bank and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
