Moultrie, Friedlander Building/Blue Sky Grill

In October 2014, the Foundation provided a $375,200 GCF-SSBCI loan to Vern & Fireball’s, Inc. for the renovation of the Friedlander Building located at 27 First Street in downtown Moultrie. The completed project now houses the Blue Sky Grill, an established restaurant in the downtown area. The total project cost is $1,138,000. Sources of project financing include a $467,800 bank loan, the $375,200 GCF-SSBCI loan, and $295,000 of Borrower’s equity participation.
