Milledgeville, The Baldwin Project

In December 2012, the Foundation provided a $250,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Milledgeville to partially finance the rehabilitation of the former Belk building at 117 West Hancock Street in downtown Milledgeville. The completed project now houses two commercial spaces and fifteen residential apartments.
