Metter, Broad Street Market Project
Closing Date: March 20, 2007
On March 20, 2007, the Foundation closed a $160,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Metter for the renovation of a building located at 10 S. Broad Street in downtown Metter. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Too-Lane Properties, LLP, the project's developer. The completed project now contains an urban market.
