Macon-Bibb County, Telephone Exchange Building
Closing Date: July 23, 2007
On July 23, 2007, the Georgia Cities Foundation closed a $250,000 loan to the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority for the rehabilitation of the former Telephone Exchange building in downtown Macon. Upon completion, the project into result in seven residential condominiums and two commercial condominiums.
