Macon-Bibb County, 377 Cotton Avenue

In December 2012, the Foundation provided a $150,000 loan to the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority to partially finance the rehabilitation of a commercial building located at 377 Cotton Avenue in downtown Macon. The completed project now houses one commercial space, six residential units, and twenty-one mini-storage units.
