Greensboro, Lake Country Brewing

On March 30, 2017, the Foundation provided a $241,618 RLF loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Greensboro to partially finance the renovation of the former Chero Cola building in downtown Greensboro. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to Lake Country Brewing, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project contains a craft brewery, Oconee Brewing Company. Fidelity Bank was the project's senior lender. The total project cost is $2,771,756
