Gainesville, Main Street Market Project

Closing Date: April 17, 2003
The Foundation provided a $200,000 loan in April 2003 for the purchase and renovation of the former J. C. Penney building in downtown Gainesville. The facility, to be known as Main Street Market, houses a variety of retail shops and restaurants.
