Fitzgerald, 121 & 123 E. Pine Street Project

In January 2012, the Foundation provided an $80,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Fitzgerald to partially finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of a dilapidated building located at 121 & 123 East Pine Street in downtown Fitzgerald. The completed project now houses 3,600 square feet of street-level commercial space and an 1,800 square foot upper-level residential apartment.
