Athens-Clarke County, Creature Comforts Expansion

In May 2016, GCF provided a $340,000 GCF-SSBCI loan to Creature Comforts Brewing Company, LLC to partially finance the purchase and installation of equipment for a craft brewery in downtown Athens. Athens First Bank & Trust also provided financing for this project. The total project cost is $857,321.
