The Foundation provided a $100,000 loan in October 2002 for the construction of the Carrollton Cultural Arts Center, a state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility constructed in downtown Carrollton. In addition to strengthening and complementing the downtown area, this facility provides a permanent home for the arts serving Carrollton, Carroll County, and the West Georgia region.
