Rome, 313-315 Broad Street

On August 23, 2017, GCF provided a $78,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Rome for Phase Two renovations to a commercial building located at 313-315 Broad Street in downtown Rome. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to Mark and Kim Floyd, the project’s developer. The completed project houses a restaurant on the first floor and a residential apartment on the second floor. The total project cost (Phases One & Two) is $666,515.
