Carrollton, 202 Bradley Street
Closing Date: October 28, 2016
On October 28, 2016, GCF provided a $250,000 loan to the Carrollton Redevelopment Authority for the rehabilitation of a former textile mill building located at 202 Bradley Street in downtown Carrollton. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to Million Suns, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project contains eleven residential apartments and seven commercial spaces. Additional project financing was provided by United Community Bank and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The total project cost is $4,122,708.
