On June 28, 2019, GCF provided an $86,595 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Moultrie to assist in financing the acquisition of the former Grand Theater building located at 125 S. Main Street in downtown Moultrie. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to Moultrie Main Grand Holdings, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project houses a bridal boutique. The First Bank is the project's senior lender.
