Preston Snyder from the city of Madison is the 2023 Renaissance Award recipient. Preston Snyder and his family relocated to Madison in 2017 and wasted no time investing in the city. With his background in real estate, Mr. Snyder developed twelve new living units as well as redeveloped five downtown buildings by adding five new restaurants ranging from coffee shop to fine dining. Mr. Snyder is also an artist and believes in the importance of the arts in making a downtown area vibrant. He has even painted wall-sized murals inside several of his businesses. Truly, Preston Snyder adds the new depth to the word "Renaissance."
