On November 21, 2017, GCF provided a $250,000 RLF loan to the Clarkesville Downtown Development Authority to partially finance the stabilization, renovation, and redevelopment of historic commercial buildings located at 1404, 1406, 1416, and 1420 Washington Street. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Washington Street Buildings, LLC, the project's developer.
