In February 2008, the Foundation closed a $63,019 loan to the Vienna Downtown Development Authority for the renovation of a vacant building located at 119 North Third Street in downtown Vienna. The completed project will house a drop-off dry cleaner facility, a sandwich/coffee shop, and two-three additional commercial spaces.
