Thomasville, Izzo Building Renovation

In January 2008, the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Thomasville received a $166,000 loan from the Georgia Cities Foundation for the Izzo Drugs Project located at 122 North Broad Street in Thomasville. The completed project will house a first-floor restaurant/sandwich shop and a second-floor residential space.
