Thomasville, Edward Jones Project
Closing Date: April 12, 2007
On May 10, 2007, the Foundation closed an $88,000 loan to the Thomasville Downtown Development Authority for renovations to a building located at 124 E. Jackson Street in downtown Thomasville. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Erik and Julie von Hellens, the project's developers. The completed project now houses an Edward Jones office.
