On July 19, 2018, GCF provided a $250,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Decatur to assist with the redevelopment of leasable commercial space at 180 West Ponce de Leon Avenue in Downtown Decatur. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Savi@Ponce West, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project houses an urban market and package store, Savi Provisions. Ameris Bank was the project's senior lender.
