Dublin, Saltwater Fishery
Closing Date: June 3, 2020
On June 3, 2020, the Foundation provided a $250,000 loan to the Dublin Downtown Development Authority to assist in financing the acquisition and renovation of a commercial building located at 110 S. Jefferson Street in downtown Dublin. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to Saltwater Holdings 1, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project houses a restaurant, Saltwater Fishery. Community Bank of Dublin was the project's senior lender. Additional project financing was provided by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
