Rome, Olde House
Closing Date: April 12, 2006
On April 12, 2006, the Foundation closed a $116,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Rome. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Olde House, Inc. for the renovation of property located at 407-409 Broad Street in Downtown Rome. Upon completion, the property will house commercial, office and residential space.
