In October 2012, the Foundation provided a $160,000 loan to the Fannin County Development Authority for the construction of a three-story infill building in downtown Blue Ridge. The completed project houses street-level retail, classroom, and workshop space, and guest lodging space for Oyster Fine Bamboo Fly Rods
