In January 2016, GCF provided a $125,200 GCF-SSBCI loan to Sparrow Properties, LLC for the construction of a commercial building located at 56 Toccoa Avenue in downtown McCaysville. The completed project houses Blue Ridge Mountain Outfitters. United Community Bank also provided financing for this project. The total project cost is $313,000.
