Macon-Bibb County, Capitol Theatre
Closing Date: September 30, 2005
On Friday, September 30th, the Georgia Cities Foundation closed a $250,000 loan to the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority for the renovation of the former Capitol Theatre building in downtown Macon. Upon completion, the project will be used as a multi-purpose arts and entertainment venue.
