Macon-Bibb County, 369 Second Street

In November 2014, the Foundation provided a $250,000 loan to the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority for the renovation of a historic building located at 369 Second Street in downtown Macon. The Georgia Department of Community Affairs also provided a $250,000 loan for the project. The completed project houses three street-level commercial spaces and twelve residential apartments. The total project cost is $1,455,452.
