Augusta, Groucho's Deli

On December 27, 2018, GCF provided a $120,250 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Augusta to partially finance leasehold improvements and equipment at 758 Broad Street in downtown Augusta. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Augusta Deli, LLC, the project's developer. The completed project houses a Groucho's Deli.
