Fitzgerald, 201 S. Grant Street

In May 2015, the Foundation provided a $60,000 loan to the Downtown Development Authority of Fitzgerald to partially finance the renovation of a historic commercial building located at 201 South Grant Street in downtown Fitzgerald. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to L. E. Harper Commercial Properties, LLC, the project’s developer. The completed project houses street-level commercial space and an upper-level residential apartment. The total project cost is $329,180.
