Dalton, Cherokee Brewing and Pizza Company

In January 2017, GCF provided a $250,000 loan to the Downtown Dalton Development Authority for the rehabilitation of a commercial building located at 307 West Cuyler Street in downtown Dalton. The Authority provided a simultaneous loan to Kasey and Julie Carpenter, the project's developers. The completed project houses Cherokee Brewing and Pizza Company. BB&T was the project's senior lender. The total project cost is $780,404.
