In May 2013, the Foundation provided a $70,000 GCF-SSBCI loan to Parallel Parker, LLC to partially finance the acquisition of a commercial building in downtown Bainbridge. The completed project houses Port City Deli restaurant. The Foundation utilized federal State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) funds through the Georgia Funding for CDFIs program to participate in this project.
