Avondale Estates, Wild Heaven Craft Beers

In June 2014, GCF closed a $175,000 loan to the Avondale Estates DDA to assist in financing leasehold improvements and equipment at 135-B Maple Street in downtown Avondale Estates for use as a craft brewery, Wild Heaven Craft Beers. DCA also provided financing for the project. The total project cost is $1,250,000.
