Augusta, 912 Ellis Street

In October 2015, GCF provided a $216,500 loan to the Augusta DDA to partially finance the renovation of a historic building located at 912 Ellis Street in downtown Augusta. The DDA provided a simultaneous loan to Mark Donahue, the project’s developer. The completed project houses nineteen residential apartments. The total project cost is $1,314,500.
