LaGrange, 308 Main Street

On September 28, 2017, GCF provided a $250,000 RLF loan to the Downtown LaGrange Development Authority to finance the acquisition of equipment for a craft brewery at 308 Main Street. The Authority acquired and rehabilitated the building and leased it to Craft Beverage Concepts, LLC, which will operate Wild Leap Brew Company on the property. The total project cost is $4,490,000. Other project lenders included Calumet Bank and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The Callaway Foundation also provided two grants for the project.
