The Foundation recently provided a $250,000 loan to the Social Circle DDA for the development of the Blue Willow Village in downtown Social Circle. This project, located on the grounds of the Blue Willow Inn restaurant, includes a Victorian retail village and a natural history museum and studio. The project cost is $3,246,706.
